We’re a series B funded company with a vision to digitise e-commerce for 1M+ online sellers and brands.
Our Product: Nushop, helps small and medium businesses to quickly and simply create their online stores and provides them with all the essential tools they need to manage their eCommerce store.
Skills and Responsibilities:
• Will be working on a D2C model.
• Will be getting exposure to work like a founder for any company.
• Directly working with the founders / owners of the companies / businesses and helping them in their growth and profitability.
• Support client in increasing customer conversion rate / traffic.
• Should be able to educate executive decision-makers, building and maintaining relationships with them.
• Should have a visionary mind set with creative and critical thinking skills — we have to be preemptive.
• Should have analytical skills along with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Should have an adaptable nature and the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of our clients.
• Should have understanding of terms like - ROI, P&L.
• Should be able to use creative ideas to promote client business for growth.
• Should have a proactive / analytical approach, brand understanding, brand promotion ability.
• Should have bilingual proficiency – English (must), Hindi (must), other languages would be a plus point.
Nice to haves (Not Mandatory):
• Industry knowledge and experience.
• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Enterprise account management experience.
