Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise ground staff activities: Monitor and manage the daily activities of ground staff, including baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, and passenger assistance.
2. Ensure safety and security: Enforce safety and security protocols to protect passengers, aircraft, and airport facilities.
3. Coordinate with different departments: Collaborate with various departments, such as baggage services, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
4. Train and mentor staff: Provide training and guidance to ground staff to improve performance and efficiency.
5. Handle customer inquiries: Assist passengers with inquiries, complaints, and requests to provide excellent customer service.
6. Maintain records: Keep detailed records of staff performance, incidents, and operational activities for reporting and analysis.
