Supervising ground staff: Overseeing the handling of baggage, guiding passengers to their designated gates, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of ground services.
Training and coaching: Training new ground staff employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Monitoring performance: Monitoring the performance of ground staff, addressing any issues or concerns, and taking corrective actions as needed.
Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards to create a safe working environment for all ground staff members and passengers.
