Customer service: -Providing customer service to the customer right from entry into airport for check in at origin station till they step out at destination.

Security:-Ensuring security is maintained strictly as per BCAS standards. Ramp:- Supervision of operations at Tarmac and to ensure flight departs on time with safety and security..
