Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help customers with check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.

- Baggage Handling: Oversee the loading and unloading of luggage, maintaining the safety and security of travelers' belongings.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and provide information about flights, schedules, and services, enhancing overall satisfaction.

- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that waiting areas and other public spaces are clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment for travelers.

- Coordination with Team: Work closely with colleagues in other departments to facilitate operations and handle any arising issues promptly.
