We are looking for dedicated Ground Staff to join our team in Aurangabad. This is a full-time role suited for individuals who have completed their 10th grade and have little to no experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct thorough checks of passengers and their luggage to comply with safety regulations and maintain a secure environment.

- Management of Baggage: Help in the loading and unloading of luggage from aircraft, ensuring that all items are handled with care.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers and team members, providing necessary information and assistance.

- Operational Support: Assist in various ground operations tasks to ensure timely and efficient functioning of airport services.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact positively with passengers. Basic problem-solving skills are beneficial to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly. A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail is essential, as the role involves safety checks and baggage management.
