We are looking for a dedicated Ground Staff member to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to start their career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Assist passengers with queries about flights, check-in procedures, and baggage handling, providing a positive experience at the airport.

- Check-In Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring that all relevant documents are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring items are handled with care and delivered to the correct destination.

- Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with safety and security guidelines while performing all tasks, maintaining a secure environment for passengers and staff.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth airport operations, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
