Position: Ground Staff / Airport Ground Staff

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹85,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes and baggage procedures.

- Handle passenger queries and provide excellent customer service.

- Coordinate boarding and departure procedures.

- Assist with baggage handling and lost baggage queries.

- Guide passengers at the airport terminal.

- Coordinate with airline and airport departments for smooth operations.

- Maintain safety, security and service standards.

Eligibility:

- 12th pass / Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
