Ground Staff - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking dedicated and friendly Ground Staff to join our team in Deoghar. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-In: Assist passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they understand necessary procedures and have their boarding passes printed.

- Baggage Handling: Ensure the safe and timely loading and unloading of luggage, minimizing damage and loss.

- Customer Assistance: Provide information to passengers about flights, airport facilities, and services, helping them navigate the airport efficiently.

- Terminal Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the terminal area, ensuring a pleasant environment for travelers.

- Emergency Response: Be prepared to assist in emergency situations, following safety protocols and ensuring passenger safety.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have at least completed their 10th grade and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers. A friendly demeanor and a customer-first attitude are essential for ensuring a positive experience for travelers. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important, as you will be dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously.
