Ground Staff || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for dedicated Ground Staff to join our team in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting airport operations. This role is suitable for individuals with minimal to moderate experience and requires commitment and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance:** Greet and guide passengers at various airport points, helping them with check-in, boarding, and other inquiries to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- **Baggage Handling:** Assist in loading and unloading luggage, ensuring efficient handling and timely transfer to and from aircraft.

- **Safety and Security Checks:** Carry out safety inspections and ensure compliance with security protocols to maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.

- **Operational Support:** Collaborate with other ground staff and departments to facilitate flight operations, including preparing boarding gates and managing passenger flow.

- **Documentation:** Assist in maintaining accurate records of passenger details, flight schedules, and other related paperwork as required.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed their 10th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Physical endurance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important, as the job may require standing for long periods. Teamwork is crucial, and candidates should be ready to collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve common goals. Basic computer skills will be an advantage.
