Ground Staff Fresher

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff in Deoghar. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

- **Safety and Security:** Monitor and enforce safety regulations at the airport, including screening luggage and maintaining a secure environment for passengers.

- **Lost and Found Management:** Handle inquiries related to lost items and assist passengers in filing reports for any missing belongings.

- **Communication with Crew:** Coordinate with airline crew members to relay important information regarding passenger needs and flight updates.

- **Operational Support:** Help in loading and unloading luggage, managing baggage claims, and ensuring timely handling of all operations at the airport.
