Key Responsibilities
Passenger Service/Terminal Operations: Greet passengers, handle check-in, verify documents, assign seats, process baggage, assist special needs passengers, and manage boarding gates.
Ramp Services (Tarmac Operations): Guide aircraft to parking bays (marshalling), load and unload luggage, handle cargo, operate baggage conveyors, and connect ground power units.
Safety and Security: Conduct security checks on passengers and baggage, monitor terminal areas, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations (., FAA, IATA).
Flight Preparation: Coordinate with cabin crew, clean aircraft cabins, restock refreshments, and assist with cabin security checks.
Communication and Logistics: Provide flight information, handle inquiries, manage luggage complaints (lost/damaged), and inform passengers of delays or gate changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
