Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance: Greeting, checking documents (tickets, ID, passport), issuing boarding passes, guiding to gates, assisting with transfers.
Check-in & Ticketing: Checking baggage, tagging luggage, selling tickets, making reservations, handling flight updates.
Special Needs Support: Helping passengers with limited mobility, unaccompanied minors, or those with infants.
Information & Communication: Answering queries about flights, delays, and procedures.
Ramp Services: Assisting with aircraft guidance (marshalling), stocking refreshments, and coordinating baggage loading/unloading.
Problem Solving: Resolving issues with lost/damaged baggage or unexpected travel disruptions.
