Key responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist passengers at the airport: As a ground hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming passengers, providing necessary information, and directing them to the appropriate areas within the airport.
2. Assist with check-in procedures: You will help passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes, tagging luggage, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
3. Manage boarding and disembarkation processes: You will oversee the boarding and disembarkation processes, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and according to airline regulations.
4. Handle passenger inquiries and complaints: It will be your responsibility to address passenger inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their airport experience.
5. Coordinate with ground staff and other airport personnel: You will collaborate with ground staff, airline crew, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.
