Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, including ticketing and baggage handling, ensuring a positive travel experience.

- Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo so that items are handled with care and reach their destinations safely.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct necessary safety and security checks on luggage and cargo to comply with legal and organizational standards.

- Coordination with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure all ground operations run smoothly, communicating effectively to manage workflows.

- Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays that arise during the ground handling process, working quickly to find suitable solutions.
