Machinist (Grinder Operator ) Gurgaon/Manesar

operate and maintain tool room machinery with a strong focus on grinding machines (surface, cylindrical, and tool & cutter grinding).

Carry out precision machining for tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per design and production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining requirements.

Ensure proper tool setting, alignment, and inspection before starting operations.

Perform preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting of grinding machines.

Maintain tool quality standards by ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Handle measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, etc.) for inspection of tools.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in tool room operations.

Support production teams by supplying accurate and timely tools for manufacturing.
