Looking For Grinder Operator

We are looking for an experienced Grinder Operator to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience and an . certificate.

As a Grinder Operator, your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision parts. You will be expected to read blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate machining processes. Additionally, you will monitor the grinding process and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy. You should also conduct regular inspections of workpieces to identify any defects and maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and cleaning.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Setting Up Machines:** Prepare grinding machines by measuring and adjusting settings based on specific job requirements.

2. **Operating Equipment:** Skillfully operate CNC or manual grinders to achieve high-quality finishes on metal and other materials.

3. **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products using gauges and measuring tools to ensure they meet required specifications.

4. **Maintenance Tasks:** Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent operational issues.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals. Additionally, you should be familiar with safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
