responsibilities:
- collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- create engaging and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, print materials, and advertisements.
- ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- brainstorm and present creative concepts for new projects.
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.
- manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc.).
- strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
- excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
**preferred qualifications:**
- experience with motion graphics and/or video editing software.
- knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
