Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.

- Create engaging and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, print materials, and advertisements.

- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.

- Brainstorm and present creative concepts for new projects.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing software.

- Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.

- Understanding of digital marketing principles.
