Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various mediums, including digital and print. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and the ability to translate concepts into captivating visuals. They should be proficient in graphic design software and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, branding collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, and website elements.

Work closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on client specifications and project goals.

Produce high-quality designs within established timelines while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.

Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.

Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper specifications and formats are met.

Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, including source files and revisions.

Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
