Graphic Designer

Designation: Graphic Designer & Illustrator (Women Candidates preferred)

Experience: ● Experience 2+ years or freshers with relevant experience can apply

● Experience in the development sector is an advantage.

● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign)

Qualification: ● Bachelors in graphic designing, web design or art

Skills: ● Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and illustration styles

● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign)

● Strong understanding of design principles and ability to create visually

stunning designs

● Experience with packaging design is a plus

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.

● Passion for women’s empowerment and interest in working with

women-owned businesses

Responsibilities: ● Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs and

illustrations for various marketing materials, including social

media posts, email campaigns, product packaging, and website

graphics

● Designing and creating Brochures and Flyers for digital and

print.

● Creating Social Media posts in collaboration with the Social

Media and Marketing team.

● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure

designs align with brand guidelines and messaging

● To be a brand custodian visually for SEWA Saamarth

● Stay up-to-date on design and illustration trends, and

incorporate them into the company’s aesthetic

● Create and maintain a library of brand assets and design

elements

● Ensure all designs are optimized for web and print production
