Key Responsibilities:

Design and Layout:

Develop and refine designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social

media graphics, and presentations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and clients to understand their needs

and translate them into effective visual solutions.

Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software like Adobe

Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator (optional).

Concept Development:

Assist in developing creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including

branding, logos, and packaging.

Image Editing and Manipulation:

Edit and manipulate images to meet design requirements and ensure high-quality visuals.

Typography and Layout:

Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions, ensuring consistency and

visual appeal.

Project Management:

Assist with project timelines, deadlines, and ensure projects are completed on time and

within budget.

Feedback and Iteration:

Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from designers and clients to improve designs.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software.

Qualifications:

Education:

A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Some experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio of design work is a plus.

Skills:

Strong design skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for visual

aesthetics are essential.

Software:

Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator (optional) and other design software.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team

members and clients.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
