what we are looking for:
a graphic designer is responsible for creating visual concepts, by hand or using software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. they work with a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia, to create visual content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives of a company or client.
key responsibilities:
design creation: develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, posters, banners, advertisements, logos, infographics, product packaging, and more.
branding & visual identity: create and maintain the visual identity of the brand by designing logos, color schemes, typography, and other elements that reflect the brand's personality and values.
collaboration: work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and other departments to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with business goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
client interaction: meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and expectations, and provide creative solutions tailored to their vision.
design software expertise: use industry-standard design software (such as adobe creative suiteillustrator, photoshop, indesign) to create and refine designs.
visual storytelling: communicate messages or tell stories through creative and compelling visual design, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
revisions & feedback: present design concepts to clients or internal teams, gather feedback, and make revisions as necessary to me
