Job Description

Responsibilities

Train students in basic to advanced photography concepts

Teach camera handling (DSLR / Mirrorless), lenses, and accessories

Explain exposure triangle (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed) clearly

Conduct practical shoots (indoor & outdoor)

Guide students on composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling

Teach post-processing basics (Lightroom / Photoshop preferred)

Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback

Mentor students on portfolio creation and career paths

Stay updated with current photography trends and techniques

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment

Requirements

Minimum 25 years of professional photography experience

Strong knowledge in one or more genres:

Wedding Photography

Portraits

Fashion

Product / Commercial

Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills (English / Kannada)

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners

Passion for teaching and student development

Skills & Tools

Studio & Natural Lighting

Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop (basic to intermediate)
