Graphic Designer (2-4 Years)

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who can create premium and commercially useful visual content across product renders, graphic design, social-media videos, website/SEO banners and AI-assisted image and video generation. This is not only a social-media-posting role.

The person must understand design fundamentals, product accuracy, material realism, typography, video pacing and post-production. AI prompting alone is not enough; every output must be professionally corrected before release. The designer will work from product photographs, textures, dimensions, 3D/CAD files, raw footage and written briefs to create assets for architects, designers, dealers, customers, websites, campaigns, catalogues and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Creation**: Develop creative designs for various marketing materials like brochures, social media posts, and advertisements, ensuring each piece aligns with our brand identity.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality graphics that meet deadlines.

- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain a consistent look and feel across all designs, reinforcing our brand image and style guidelines.

- **Feedback Incorporation**: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from teammates to refine your designs.

- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, keeping track of timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree in design or a related field. Proficient skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are essential. We expect a good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. A strong portfolio showcasing your past work will also be important in assessing your fit for this role.
