Position: Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital platforms. You will work closely with our product and development teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.

Responsibilities

ï‚· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.

ï‚· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

ï‚· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

ï‚· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

ï‚· Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

ï‚· Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

ï‚· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

ï‚· Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX design.

ï‚· Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.

ï‚· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

ï‚· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

ï‚· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

ï‚· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

ï‚· Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

ï‚· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
