Position: Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital platforms. You will work closely with our product and development teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.

Responsibilities

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.

 Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

 Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

 Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

 Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

 Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

 Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX design.

 Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.

 Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

 Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

 Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

 Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

 Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

 Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

 Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
