required skills & qualifications

experience: 0-1 year of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).

portfolio: a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a mastery of layout, typography, and color theory.

software mastery: expert-level skills mainly in coreldraw or other professional software.

attention to detail: an eagle eye for alignment, spelling, and brand consistency.

time management: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

communication: strong ability to articulate design choices and collaborate with non-designers.
