**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design works. A 12th-grade education is required. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.

Additionally, strong communication and teamwork skills are important, as you will collaborate with various departments. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are also expected qualities.
