Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Development
Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various platforms
Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media creatives, ads, and presentations
Develop logos, branding elements, and visual identities
2. Digital & Print Media
Design content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
Prepare designs for print production (flyers, posters, packaging, etc.)
Ensure designs are optimized for different formats and devices
3. Brand Management
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all designs
Ensure high-quality output aligned with company standards
Collaborate with marketing team for brand campaigns
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with content writers, marketers, and other designers
Understand project requirements and translate them into visual solutions
Take feedback and revise designs accordingly
5. Innovation & Trends
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
Suggest creative ideas and improvements for campaigns
Experiment with new design styles and concepts
