we are seeking a versatile and experienced graphic designer who can think creatively and execute across both print and digital mediums including logos, brochures, packaging, social media creatives, and short-form motion content.
you will collaborate closely with the strategy and content teams to craft visuals that are not only aesthetically strong but strategically aligned with brand objectives.
key responsibilities / kras
design and develop brand assets including logos, stationery, brochures, packaging, and other print collaterals.
conceptualise and execute digital creatives for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
create short-form motion content (reels, shorts, etc.) using tools like canva, capcut, , or similar platforms.
maintain brand consistency and uphold high-quality design standards across all deliverables.
collaborate with content and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
use ai tools for design ideation, quick visual generation, and workflow efficiency.
ensure timely delivery of creative output that is both original and accurate.
requirements
academic requirements:
degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or fine arts (preferred).
self-taught designers with strong portfolios and proven creative capability are also encouraged to apply.
experience requirements:
24 years of professional experience in a creative agency, design studio, or brand environment.
a portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design work is mandatory.
technical skills:
strong proficiency in canva and adobe illustrator (mandatory).
working knowledge of adobe photoshop.
familiarity with capcut, , or similar tools for short-form video editing.
solid understanding of typography, layout principles, and colour theory.
experience designing for multiple formats: print, web, and motion graphics.
awareness and working knowledge of ai-based design tools (midjourney, runway, leonardo, chatgpt for concepting).
must have a personal laptop and smartphone for daily work.
