About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to develop engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, branding, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, video editing skills, and the ability to create compelling content that enhances the Graciss brand and drives customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, reels thumbnails, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, packaging, and advertisements.
Create product creatives for Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Design website banners, landing page graphics, and promotional visuals.
Develop marketing collateral for exhibitions, events, and sales teams.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Video Editing
Edit promotional videos, product videos, reels, YouTube videos, and advertisements.
Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, transitions, and sound effects.
Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
Coordinate video shoots and post-production activities.
Branding & Creative Development
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
Design product packaging and label artwork.
Create infographics, presentations, and company profiles.
Support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines.
Content Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams.
Coordinate with photographers, content creators, and agencies.
Manage creative assets and maintain organized design files.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Digital Asset Management
Maintain image and video libraries.
Optimize images and videos for web and marketplace requirements.
Manage creative file versions and backups.
Ensure quality and consistency across all digital assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, Healthcare, or E-commerce is preferred.
