Job Summary:

RNB Global University is seeking a talented and experienced grant proposal writer. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing grant proposals to secure external funding that supports the university's research initiatives, academic programs, and community engagement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identification:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other funding sources.

Stay informed about grant application guidelines, deadlines, and eligibility criteria for various funding opportunities.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with university faculty and administrators to understand the specific funding needs for research projects, academic programs, and community initiatives.

Budget Preparation:

Work with the university's finance and project management teams to develop accurate and detailed budgets that align with grant requirements.

Ensure that budgets are consistent with the narrative of the grant proposal.

Submission and Compliance:

Prepare and submit grant applications within specified deadlines.

Maintain a deep understanding of grant compliance regulations, ensuring all applications and projects adhere to legal and financial requirements.

Grant Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of progress reports and other required documentation for awarded grants.

Monitor project progress and budget expenditures to ensure compliance with grantor expectations.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders, grant officers, and other stakeholders.

Attend grant-related meetings and networking events to stay connected with potential funding sources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in grant proposal writing, preferably in an academic or nonprofit setting.
