We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Engineer / PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across the Google ecosystem. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring paid search strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled, and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max)

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting

Set up and manage conversion tracking, goals, and remarketing audiences

Optimize campaigns based on performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Quality Score)

Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights using Google Ads and Analytics

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on ad copy and landing pages

Stay updated with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics (GA4)

Experience with GTM, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Hands-on experience with Performance Max and Smart Campaigns

Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for reporting

Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping) preferred
