Google Ads Expert - Full Time

We are hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for our international (US) clients. This is a hands-on performance marketing role.

Role & responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)

- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns for lead generation

- Manage bids, budgets, and match types to lower cost per lead and improve quality

- Perform search term analysis and negative keyword management

- Set up and validate conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking)

- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations

- Check landing page alignment for better conversions

- Prepare clear performance reports with insights and next steps

- Stay updated with Google Ads best practices and platform changes

Role & responsibilities

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

- Strong knowledge of Search campaigns, keyword match types, and negative keywords

- Experience with lead generation (cost per lead, lead quality), not just clicks

- Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

- Google Ads certification preferred

- Good analytical and decision-making skills

- Strong written and spoken English (for US client reporting)

- Able to manage multiple client accounts at once

- Based in or willing to work from Mohali / Chandigarh (in-office)

- Experience with Meta Ads or Performance Max is a plus
