Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Google Ads

Proven experience handling lead generation or eCommerce campaigns

Strong understanding of Landing Page Optimization & CRO

Stay updated with latest Google Ads trends and algorithm updates

Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions

Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in mentoring or training team members is preferred
