Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Surgeon to join our healthcare team in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing surgical procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring optimal surgical y Responsibilities: n- Conduct surgeries: Perform a variety of surgical procedures, both elective and emergency, on adult and pediatric patients to treat a range of conditions. n- Patient management: Assess and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure recovery and well-being. n- Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work closely with other medical professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and specialists, to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes. n- Maintain medical records: Keep accurate and detailed records of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, and surgical procedures performed, in compliance with regulations and standards. n- Stay updated: Continuously expand knowledge of surgical techniques, technology, and advancements in the field to apply best practices in patient quired Skills and Expectations: nCandidates must have an educational background in medicine with a postgraduate degree and 1 to 7 years of relevant surgical experience. Strong technical skills in surgery are essential, along with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for effective collaboration with the healthcare team, as well as empathy and compassion for patients and their families. Qualification: MS/DNB in General Surgery, General & Laparoscopic Surgeon should be able to do General & Laparoscopic Procedures, Package LPM - 3 LPM With Accommodation.
