Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years experience in after sales repair & maintenance of high-pressure equipment involving hydraulic technology & pneumatic control elements & systems,

Should have ability to guide & motivate the Service team.

Working knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation will be an added advantage.

Break down Analysis , down time Control Leading a dedicated Staff & Fitters for 24x7 running Plant.

Preventive Maint Planning & execution.

Head mechanical maintenance team of fastener division.

Lead mechanical maintenance team and ensure optimum availability of machines.

Spare Parts management.

SAP Notification Updating of PM & breakdown of each machines & Analysis MTTR & MTBF of each major breakdowns.

Fastener Oil & Lubrication experiences for Right kind of Oil & Oil saving management.

Drive TPM & Kiezen is an essential Part in the company

Lean Production Management of Machine & shop floor management in Maintenance

other activities assigned by management.
