we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a general accountant for our ras al khaimah branch. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

responsibilities:

daily bookkeeping of invoices, expenses, and payments.

perform month-end and year-end close processes.

assist in managing the inflow and outflow of cash.

bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation.

document and maintain records of bills, payments, invoices, etc.

play a pivotal role in the monthly closing of financial statements

qualifications:

bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

proven experience as an accountant, minimum of 5 years in uae .

proficient knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

proficient knowledge of vat filing regulations in the region.

proficiency in accounting software and microsoft excel.

strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

eagerness to learn and ability to work efficiently.

capability to work independently and collaboratively.

immediate availability is preferred.
