Furniture Carpenter (1-7 Years)

We are looking for a skilled Furniture Carpenter to join our team and help create high-quality wood furniture. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and a passion for building beautiful, functional pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cutting and Shaping Wood: You will measure, cut, and shape wood using various tools to create furniture components.

- Assembling Furniture: You will join different parts of furniture, ensuring they fit together perfectly and are sturdy.

- Finishing: You will apply stains, paints, or finishes to enhance the appearance of the furniture and protect it from damage.

- Reading Blueprints: You will interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand design specifications and ensure accurate construction.

- Repair Work: You will repair damaged furniture and replace worn-out parts to extend the life of the pieces.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Experience in Carpentry: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 years of experience in furniture carpentry, demonstrating familiarity with various woodworking techniques.

- Attention to Detail: The ability to focus on fine details is crucial for producing high-quality furniture.

- Tool Proficiency: You should be skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Team Player: A willingness to collaborate with other carpenters and staff to complete projects is essential.

- Physical Stamina: The job requires the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods, so physical fitness is important.
