Full Stack Developer - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience and a strong coding skill in developing independently. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Full Stack Development**: Build, test, and maintain mobile and web applications using various technologies. You will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end components, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.

- **Database Management**: Design and manage databases. You will work with data modeling and database optimization to enhance performance and ensure data security.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers and other developers. Your role will involve engaging in team meetings to contribute ideas and solutions, fostering a collaborative environment.

- **Bug Fixing and Maintenance**: Identify and resolve issues in existing applications. You will actively monitor system performance and make improvements when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, NextJS, React / React Native and CSS for front-end development, along with experience in server-side languages like , NestJs (Must to know), Golang (Optional) and Python (Must to know). Familiarity with database management systems like Postgresql or MongoDB is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential, as you will be working in a team-oriented environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies is expected.

Nice to have -

1) Ability to do UX design using Figma.

2) Devops knowledge to deploy in cloud (like AWS, GCP etc) using Terraform, Helm

3) CI/CD knowledge like Github actions, Jenkins etc

4) Experience in Blockchain related technology.
