Full Stack Developer - Delhi NCR / Remote - RCPS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python and React TypeScript Full Stack Developer to join our engineering

team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in building scalable web applications, designing

and consuming RESTful APIs and webhooks, and working across multiple database technologies

including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Microsoft SQL Server. Hands-on experience with machine learning

models is essential, as you will be responsible for integrating intelligent features into our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

on the backend and React on the frontend.

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and webhook integrations to enable seamless

communication between internal and third-party systems.

• Build and manage database schemas, queries, and migrations across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and

Microsoft SQL Server.

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models into production environments,

ensuring scalability and performance.

• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate ML prototypes into robust,

production-ready features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning to maintain high

engineering standards.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement optimisations

to improve speed and reliability.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical

excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and React with TypeScript, with a proven

track record of building and delivering production-grade full stack applications.

• Extensive experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and webhook-based

event-driven architectures.

• Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Microsoft SQL Server, including query

optimisation and data modelling.

• Hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models using

frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with ML pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment strategies

(., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, DRY, and design

patterns.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within cross-

functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven microservices

architectures.

• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

• Experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of .NET MVC or WebForms is a plus.

• Experience with data visualisation libraries (, Plotly, or similar).
