receptionist job duties:
• welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
• answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• confirm appointments and meeting over the call
• copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
• possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment
• handling the courier related work over the call and mail.
requirement
• demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
• the candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
• demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
• should have good organizational skills
• the candidate should process strong customer service skills
• the candidate having proficiency in ms office will be preferred.
