Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Ensuring the Front Office's decorum and dealing with visitors/customers.

2. Handling of the following files:

a) Receive CVs of candidates who applied for different posts. (File as per profile)

b) Maintaining the Attendance Register.

3. Receipt of all letters (incoming email and mail by post), entries to be done in the incoming dak register.

4. Handling and checking of front office property and its maintenance.

5. Maintaining records and data of visitors/customers' tele numbers and record and incoming calls pertaining to respective superiors.

6. Maintain the Daily attendance of all staff and put up to the . for final verification on a daily basis.

7. Maintain the Visitor's Record register.

8. Drafting and typing work as and when needed.

9. Receive & Transfer calls, put calls through and record messages received as a tele log.

10. Arranging meetings of Directors/superiors

11. Maintaining Leave Register.

Fluent in English speaking must.

Good communication skills with a pleasing personality.
