Job Description :-
• Manage entire front office monitoring work
• Welcoming guests & officials
• Monitoring employees attendance & Dress code policy
• Preparing MIS & Petty Cash Maintenance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments - Employees travel booking, visa processing
• New joiner formalities, Issue access card
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Coordinate with HR team for office events
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
