Job Description

HR Roles & Responsibilities: Improvisation of HR department (forms, employee handbook, HR Manual) Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, considerations and selection. Joining formalities, Induction Handling employee database (both in soft form and files management) Help employees with answers related to HR issues and resolve work related problems. Leaves and attendance management. Handling the payroll and incentives Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management. Liaison with various consultants. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives. Plan and conduct employee engagement activities on regular basis Exit-interviews and Full and final settlement. Admin Roles & Responsibilities: Creating Pantry List, Placing Pantry Order Scheduling BiAnnual AC service, Water Purifier Service, Fridge Servicing Renewal of Magazines and Newspapers Schedule of Courier Booking Travel Tickets Coordination with Housekeeping Order placement of Office Stationary, Toiletries
