Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at AQ Square Realtors Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform general administrative duties. The Receptionist will also provide support in scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting rooms.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telephone systems

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a plus

Prior experience in real estate industry is a plus
