Greet and treat customers in a well manner
Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at the district level
Organizing company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations
Schedule in-house and external events
