Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Guest Management Greet visitors, direct guests, maintain a tidy front desk.
Call & Communication Handling Manage calls, emails, and couriers professionally.
Scheduling Align & schedule meetings for MD and BDE.
Administrative Support Maintain visitor logs, schedules, office supplies, assist HR/Admin.
Office Coordination Ensure reception upkeep, coordinate with housekeeping/security, assist in events.
Customer Service Address inquiries, handle complaints, ensure a great experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate preferred.
Strong communication, soft-spoken, well-groomed, and positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office & office tools.
Highly ambitious, punctual, and professional.
Prior front desk experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the Fashion & Glamour industry preferred.
