Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Executive with 2 to 8 years of experience to manage our reception area in Muscat. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting Visitors:** You will warmly welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to upon arrival.

- **Managing Phone Calls:** Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments, taking messages when necessary to ensure clear communication.

- **Scheduling Appointments:** Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff and clients, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize efficiency.

- **Handling Correspondence:** Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up.

- **Maintaining Front Desk Area:** Keep the reception area tidy and organized, creating a pleasant environment for guests and staff.
