Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them appropriately
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
Handle courier, postal, and document management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist HR/Admin with basic coordination and documentation
Ensure office policies and security procedures are followed
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required
