we are seeking a reliable and customer-focused pickup and drop-off worker to join our team.

key responsibilities:

* pickup and drop-off: pick up and drop off workers from various locations, following designated routes and schedules.

* navigation: navigate through gps and maps to ensure timely pickup and drop-off, adapting to traffic patterns and road conditions.

* customer service: provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

* communication: communicate effectively with dispatchers, colleagues.

* time management: manage time effectively to meet pickup and drop-off deadlines, handling multiple tasks and priorities.

* vehicle maintenance: perform basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil and tire pressure, to ensure safe and efficient transportation.

requirements:

* valid driver's license: a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* availability: ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* physical stamina: ability to lift, bend, and carry packages of up to 50 pounds.

* background check: ability to pass a background check and driving record check.

working conditions:

* driving: spend most of the day driving, with frequent stops and pickups.

* physical demands: stand, walk, lift, bend, and carry packages, with frequent exposure to varying weather conditions.
